Gravewind is built around committed Greatsword pressure, Wither application, and a deliberate Execute window. It rewards players who read recovery instead of forcing every swing.
- Enter only when the first target cannot freely disengage.
- Use Wither to create the finisher window.
- Keep the escape skill available for the route home.
Loadout priorities
Favor stamina, recovery, and control that make the heavy sequence reliable. A little less damage is acceptable when it lets the Knight complete the second action safely.
- Use Breakthrough Charge to close or punish recovery.
- Hold Parry for a readable committed attack.
- Do not spend Execute before the target is trapped by the route.
Run pattern
Gravewind clears high-threat rooms one committed target at a time, then resets behind the weapon's reach. It is strongest when the route gives the Knight space to wind up.
- Pull enemies into a lane with a visible exit.
- Finish the dangerous unit before looting.
- Rotate early because heavy builds lose value when surrounded.
