Sorcerer
Shape the mist from range with burst damage and battlefield control.
Class identity
Sorcerer controls the fight before it becomes a brawl. Staff skills can be built around Elemental Magic or Stardust Magic, rewarding players who can chant safely, track enemy movement, and spend energy on the right target.
- Use short casts when speed matters more than maximum power.
- Use longer chants only after the enemy's interrupt window is known.
- Treat terrain as part of the spell kit: corners, elevation, and doors buy casting time.
Magic schools
Elemental Magic builds marks on enemies and detonates them after the required stacks. Stardust Magic leans into controlled casting, burst, and the ability to keep a spell online through pressure when the talent setup supports it.
- Elemental direction: build marks, then detonate instead of scattering casts.
- Stardust direction: protect the chant window and punish grouped targets.
- Keep one defensive or movement spell ready for the moment a rival reaches you.
How to play it
Sorcerer should rarely be the first body through a doorway. Open from an angle, force movement with area pressure, and relocate before the enemy can draw a straight line to your casting position.
- Pre-cast before the team crosses an exposed lane.
- Do not spend every control tool on PvE trash when a rival squad is nearby.
- In a trio, communicate which target is marked and which target is safe to finish.
