Elemental Affinity in the hunt
Build Elemental Mark stacks with Elemental Magic, then detonate them when the second mark turns pressure into a real finish window.
- When the fight lasts long enough to build marks and a second cast can be protected.
- Connect the entry to a class, build, or route.
- Compare it against the current mode before committing.
Use it in context / route timing
Start from a side angle, mark one priority target, and detonate before the route forces a retreat.
- Fire Bolt starts the mark sequence; Thunderstorm Sigil holds the area for the detonation.
- Scattering marks across several enemies delays the payoff and gives every target time to leave.
- Compare Elemental Affinity with the alternatives before spending a rare material.
Keep, replace, or skip
Keep Elemental Affinity when it makes the next route decision clearer. Replace it when another option solves the same problem with less risk, cost, or setup.
- Open the related class, build, or map before the next hunt.
- Test the choice on the route where it is meant to work.
- Save the working direction in the Build Planner or field library.
