Skill purpose
Quick Shield Bash starts a frontline exchange with a fast interruption. It creates the short timing window in which the squad can cross or focus one threat.
- Use it on a committed enemy action.
- Follow with reach or control rather than an unsupported chase.
- Save the stronger charged option for a real lane denial.
When to spend it
Use Quick Shield Bash when it changes the next decision: it creates an opening, protects an interaction, or makes the route home safer.
- Spend it after the enemy commits to a readable action.
- Avoid using it on a target that can simply walk out of the effect.
- Keep the next escape or control tool in mind before committing.
